Optical methods for intelligent illumination of stained biological samples.

The invention is based on an intelligent illumination method and can be used in the health field. This technology improves the observation of images of biological samples using the electronic generation of the complementary color, which results in a contrast enhancement that allows a better evaluation of the studied samples, becoming a new complementary device for medical diagnosis.

  • Improves the visualization of biological samples stained with histological dyes such as Hematoxylin – Eosin (H – E), among others.
  • It allows the visualization and contrast of the tissue area of interest through endoscopy, and in similar applications where the visualization of the sample is enhanced by illuminating with light of a specific color chosen by the examiner or by the system.
