Rice husk-fique-polyolefin biocomposite granules.

Biofibririce
invention patent No. NC2016/0005250, Colombia (granted).

Biofibririce is a biocomposite made from different types of polyolefins and two natural fibers (fique and rice husk), which are transformed and converted into biocomposite granules. They can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming and/or rotomolding, giving the possibility of developing new products or substituting materials for existing products.
