The technology describes a bovine teat biosealant for mastitis prevention. It is a biological product made from probiotic bacteria, administered topically, acting as a barrier to protect the mammary gland from microorganisms that cause bovine mastitis such as Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactia.

The product can be used in other domestic animals susceptible to infection by microorganisms and can be incorporated in the feed of pigs, poultry and other domestic animals for disease prevention.
