Bone regenerative biomaterial

Bone regenerative biomaterial
Patent application for invention No. NC2020/0016558, Colombia

A bone-regenerating vitroceramic biomaterial with applications in photodynamic therapy (PDT) for bone cancer, which can be surgically implanted in tumor-inspected areas. It acts as a photosensitizer that penetrates and eliminates cancer cells. Subsequently, it remains in the affected area, functioning as a bone regenerator for the extracted tissue.
