Furthermore, training in minimally invasive pediatric surgery is very limited, making learning difficult and costly.
This device utilizes the Surface Energy Transfer (SET) phenomenon between fluorescein and functionalized gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) to enable the selective measurement of UDP-glucose and ADP-glucose, thereby indirectly determining the sucrose/starch concentration in the solution. Furthermore, the method for synthesizing the AuNPs and functionalizing them with polymeric ligands to obtain the nanocomposite (nanosensor) is presented.
