Biofertilizer with phytostimulant compounds

Fertinaz.
Invention Patent No. NC2019/0007366, Colombia (under substantive examination).

This method involves the bioproduction of biofertilizer with plant growth-promoting compounds, produced from the fermentation of sugarcane vinasse. This residue is primarily obtained from the alcohol production industry. Some characteristics of the biofertilizer include its content of enterobacteria and PGPM (plant growth-promoting microorganisms), vinasse, and plant growth-promoting compounds. The plant growth-promoting compounds are produced by the microorganisms during the fermentation process and are not added externally to the product.

Agricultural sector.
Vinasse is obtained from agro-industrial waste such as sugar cane, corn or sugar beet; the biofertilizer contains micronutrients, plant growth-promoting bacteria, phosphorus-solubilizing and nitrogen-fixing bacteria beneficial to soils and plant growth-stimulating compounds that increase crop yield.
  • Organic fertilizer made using environmentally friendly procedures.
  • It contains beneficial bacteria for soil and plants.
  • Reduction of raw material costs since a residue from the biotechnological production of alcohols is used as the main culture medium.
  • Utilization of distillery waste, presenting a real solution to this problem with purely agroecological procedures
  • It promotes the circular economy
  • Partial recovery from the damage caused by the implementation of old fertilization technologies.
  • It contains phytostimulant compounds.
  • Increases crop productivity.
