Reduction of solids in industrial discharges, vinasse and leachates.

Electroflox UV
invention patent No. 10072421, Colombia (expired) and invention patent No. US2013153509 AA, United States (expired).

Electroflox UV is a process designed to reduce the solids content of leachate from municipal solid waste landfills, stillage from ethanol distilleries and stillage from yeast production plants. This process is carried out by means of an electrodissolution, flocculation and oxidation treatment.

ethanol distilleries, yeast production plants and municipal landfills.
mobile, low cost, energy efficient, automation and control according to temperature or ambient pressure.
  • Low electricity consumption (between 0.5 and 5kW-h/m3).
  • It requires less water consumption (1 Lt of water for 1 Lt of vinasse).
  • It does not require expensive chemical inputs.
  • Easier access to polluting discharges.
  • It allows the reuse of treated water in production processes.
