What is Valley Care?
Valley Care is an open innovation initiative led by NIDO, the Governor of Valle del Cauca and the Cali Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Reddi Colombia and Icesi University, which seeks to promote HealthTech solutions that make the health system more accessible, efficient and humane.

Workshop with Corporate Teams
Strategic exploration, challenge formulation and reverse pitch structuring.

Call for Problem Solvers
Launch of 4 strategic challenges and dissemination at FusiónI360, to connect with universities, startups, and companies
Phase 4. October 2025
Workshop with Problem Solvers
Development of lightweight prototypes, pitch and formulation of projects for the selection of 8 problem solvers.
Phase 5. November 2025
DemoDay
Conducting 8 pitch presentations at Xpanz By Reddi to select 4 winning projects, which will receive resources from the maturation fund for their validation or scaling.
Phase 6. 2026
Maturation Fund
Up to 15 million per pair (Corporate + solver) for scaling and validation for the 4 winning projects.

We are looking for innovative proposals that address four major challenges in the healthcare sector:
Barrier-Free Care - Telemedicine and Remote Monitoring
Telemedicine, remote monitoring, and technologies that bring care to places where it wasn’t possible before . Because health shouldn’t depend on distance.
Health Without Borders: Internationalization and Global Connectivity
Solutions that internationalize medical services , enable cross-border care, and integrate Latin America with global markets.
Precision and Efficiency: Artificial Intelligence for Diagnosis and Treatment
Artificial intelligence, data, and automation at the service of early diagnosis and personalized treatments . Less trial and error, more science and decision-making.

Technologies that streamline processes, reduce costs, and simplify management to provide more efficient service.
Valley Care Winners
Challenge: Imbanaco Clinic
ABKA Colombia is a company with extensive experience in document automation, clinical information management, and the development of customized digital solutions. Its focus is on creating AI-based and analytics tools that improve internal processes through standardization, traceability, and operational efficiency. ABKA Colombia submitted its solution, “Automation of the Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) Management Process at Clínica Imbanaco using the Filedesk Platform,” to the Clínica Imbanaco corporate challenge . This solution automatically replicates the criteria of the AGREE II instrument, enabling the classification, analysis, and evaluation of clinical guidelines with high levels of accuracy, reducing operational times, and strengthening evidence-based decision-making.
Challenge: Ophthalmology Clinic of Cali
ABKA Colombia was once again selected thanks to its ability to adapt artificial intelligence models to specialized clinical environments. It submitted its solution, “Digital Operating Room: Traceability, Digitization, and Real-Time Control through Automation with Filedesk,” to the Cali Ophthalmology Clinic challenge. This tool is geared toward standardizing processes in visual health, enabling the evaluation of guidelines and protocols for pathologies such as glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. The proposal stands out for its ability to integrate different information sources, facilitate the interpretation of clinical documents, and support decision-making in environments where diagnostic accuracy is critical.
Challenge: Valle del Lili Foundation
Futuraize is a Cali-based company focused on developing artificial intelligence-based solutions for clinical and administrative processes. They submitted their solution, “Intelligent System for Bibliometrics Management and Automated Incentive Payment,” to the Valle del Lili Foundation ‘s challenge . This proposal combines advanced analytics, digital product design, and agile methodologies to optimize workflows in healthcare institutions. The team is characterized by its extensive experience in data integration, predictive modeling, and the design of automated tools to improve efficiency and traceability in clinical decision-making. The solution aims to automate key stages of document analysis, reduce evaluation times, and ensure greater accuracy in the interpretation of clinical guidelines.
Challenge: DIME NeuroCardioVascular Clinic
Go Ecosystem is a company specializing in software development and interoperability for the healthcare sector. They submitted their solution, “Bed Turnover Optimization with Artificial Intelligence,” to the DIME NeurocardioVascular Clinic challenge . This solution integrates data architecture, clinical analytics, and interoperable platforms designed for highly complex hospital environments. The team has extensive experience in scalable systems, device integration, and secure medical information management. Their proposal incorporates advanced data capture, processing, and analysis tools, with an emphasis on integration with monitoring equipment and hospital systems, thereby enhancing diagnostic accuracy and supporting clinical decision-making.
